Curative Efficacy of Hepatocyte Growth-promoting Factors in Combination with Glutathione for Severe Hepatitis / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the curative efficacy of hepatocyte growth-promoting factors(HGSF)in combination with glutathione in the treatment of severe hepatitis.METHODS:84 patients with severe hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups:the control group received comprehensive treatment for 14 days,and the trial group received HGSF plus glutathione in addition to the comprehensive therapy as in the control group for 14 days.RESULTS:The total effective rates for the trial group and the control group were 76.2% and 45.2%,respectively(P
